Terms of Service — Gran Marketer

These terms govern your use of Gran Marketer ("the service"), operated by Gran Marketer Ltd. By using Gran Marketer, you agree to these terms.
What Gran Marketer does
Gran Marketer analyses websites you submit and produces SEO reports, including technical, on-page, content, and performance findings, along with AI-generated suggestions clearly labelled as such. You may optionally connect your own Google Analytics and Search Console accounts to view that data alongside our reports.
Your account
- You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
- You must only submit websites you own or have permission to analyse.
- You're responsible for the accuracy of any information you provide.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the service to analyse websites without authorisation to do so.
- Attempt to disrupt, overload, or reverse-engineer the service.
- Use the service for any unlawful purpose.
AI-generated content
Some content in reports (such as suggested fixes, keyword ideas, or backlink opportunities) is generated using AI and is clearly marked as interpretation or suggestion, not verified fact or guaranteed results. You should use your own judgement before acting on AI-generated suggestions, particularly for significant website changes.
Google Analytics & Search Console connections
- Connecting your Google account is optional and can be disconnected at any time.
- We access this data on a read-only basis and cannot make changes to your Google Analytics or Search Console settings.
- You can revoke access at any time via myaccount.google.com/permissions, in addition to disconnecting within Gran Marketer.
No guarantee of results
SEO recommendations, scores, and suggestions are provided to help inform your decisions. We do not guarantee any specific search ranking, traffic increase, or business outcome as a result of using Gran Marketer.
Membership and payment
Gran Marketer membership is billed either monthly or annually, at the price shown at checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and no partial refunds are given for unused time within a period.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time.
Limitation of liability
Gran Marketer is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
